For flight schools, airlines, associations and pilot clubs. Promote Wader together with us and give your pilots, students or members a personalized discount code. Pilots can also connect their logbook to your own systems through Wader’s AI connection (API).

A code for your pilots, students or members to use when they subscribe to Wader PRO. We set it up with you, and the discount is agreed with each partner.

Joint promotion with Wader

You tell your community about the partnership and we help with a short promotion kit: the logo, the text and your code.

Connect your own systems

Pilots can connect their logbook to your systems through Wader’s AI connection (API), with their permission. The AI connection is part of Wader PRO. Read the developer docs

How it works

From a message to a code in four steps

  1. Send us a message

    Tell us about your organization or pilot group: who you are, how many pilots you have and where you are based.

  2. We talk

    We learn what you need and agree the discount code and how we will promote the partnership together.

  3. We create your code

    Your personalized code is created and we send you the promotion kit.

  4. Share it

    Give the code to your pilots, students or members, and tell them about Wader.

Good to know

The rules, in plain words

  • Discounts do not stack. Your pilots always get the highest active discount, so the code never adds to another campaign.
  • The organization does not pay for the subscriptions. If you want to buy PRO for a whole group instead, see PRO for teams.
  • We mention your name or logo only with your written permission.
  • Wader exports logbooks in the formats these authorities prescribe. It is not endorsed by, or affiliated with, any civil aviation authority or airline, and we ask partners not to present it that way.

What partners ask us

What discount do my pilots get?
It is agreed with each partner when we set up your code. Tell us about your group and we come back with a proposal.
Does my organization pay for the subscriptions?
No. Your pilots, students or members buy Wader PRO themselves, with the discount of your code.
Can I buy PRO for everyone instead?
Yes. That is PRO for teams: special conditions for packs of more than 5 subscriptions.
Do we have to use the AI connection (API)?
No. It is optional, for organizations with their own systems whose pilots want to connect their logbook.
