Ideas, time and effort. A group of pilots and engineers, with experience in different areas of aviation and in all 5 continents, decided to join forces to brainstorm new ways to improve aviation safety. Wader was born.

We See Safety
We believe that central players to Safety - such as pilots, cabin crew, flight dispatchers, air traffic controllers - are not always able to share their valuable experience with a larger number of colleagues beyond their own organization, even though the technology for that is out there.
Our mission is to shorten these distances and make important operations information travel faster than ever.
