(1) A One-Time Import is available to all users under our standard support service upon payment. This includes import from major electronic logbook systems, as listed in our User Guide. For any other digital formats — such as Excel spreadsheets, JSON files, text files, and readable (non-scanned) PDF files — PRO users have access to our Custom Previous Experience Import service.
Please note that scanned or handwritten documents are not included in this service and fall under our separate Paper Log Transcription offering.
