Role overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development and Sales Specialist to drive new business for our job advertising platform. This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and is passionate about aviation and sales.

Your primary mission is to generate leads, close deals, and grow our client base by introducing our job advertising platform tailored for pilot recruitment to airlines, flight schools, and aviation recruiters.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact key decision-makers at airlines and aviation companies globally.

• Present and promote Wader Aviation’s platform as a valuable tool for recruiting pilots.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

• Work closely with the Wader Aviation team to tailor solutions to client needs.

• Track outreach, leads, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the aviation or recruitment industry.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.

• Passion for aviation or a relevant professional network is a strong plus.
