If you would like to join our Flight Crew team as a First Officer, please see below the basic
requirements for applying:
Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU or Georgia, North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, Montenegro
Current multi-engine class/type rating + IR (combined) in a valid license.
Minimum 500hrs time on certified MPA MET airplane*, in a CAT operator environment.
In case of CPL(A) license: ATPL theory completed**.
JOC or APS-MCC (jet/fan) course completed*** (certificate or license endorsement as remark).
*Simulator hours are excluded.
**ATPL theory certificate issued by appropriate CAA or entered into the license remarks.
***JOC / APS-MCC (jet/fan) is not required if jet aircraft is flown before or jet type rating (e.g. B737) completed.

- 5 ON/4 OFF (1 REST + 3 OFF)
- 14 ON/7 OFF
- Flexible (local)
- Reverse
- 15 ON/15 OFF (for Captains on selected bases)

These roster patterns are subject to availability at each base
LOYALTY AND SIGN-ON BONUS*
For FO & SFO - sign-on bonus of 5 000 EUR + loyalty bonus* 25 000 EUR and for CPT, sign-on bonus of 10 000 EUR + loyalty bonus* of 40 000 EUR. The program will be available at specific bases which will be reviewed on a yearly basis. This year, the loyalty bonus will be available in Skopje, Kutaisi and Yerevan.
*after 3 consecutive years.
